About Us
Gog Ma Gog is a family business based in Cambridge that designs and makes finest quality silk cushions. Our range of luxury silk letter cushions are handmade in England from 100% silk that is thrown, dyed and woven in Suffolk by the weavers who produced the silk for the Queen’s coronation robes and for Princess Diana’s wedding dress.
The cushions are available in each of the letters of the alphabet and in three colour combinations (red on blue, yellow on pink and pink on purple). Every cushion is gift wrapped and delivered in a handmade presentation box with a gift card.
Silk letter cushions make unique, personal, gifts and keepsakes. They are a special way of marking births, birthdays and Christenings and make great Valentine's and Christmas presents.
Our name derives from the ancient Gog Magog Hills that lie to the south of Cambridge. The Hills are thought to be named after two mythical giants, Gog and Magog.
